August 6th, 2021 Lady POW: Rilee Schoff

This week’s nomination goes too Rilee Schoff nominated by Alissa and Matt
Schoff.

Our daughter, Rilee, took 1st in Doubles with her Papa and took 7th in the ACL
Regional. She and her Papa took 1st in Doubles at the Maine State
Championship and then 1st in Singles. Both events for her were in the
Intermediate Division if the ACL and has earned her the honor of moving up to
the Competitive Division.
Oh…and she is 11. This is why we believe she is the best candidate for your,
“Lady Player of the Week” honors.

What is your personal cornhole quote? “Think before I throw”
Where do you live? Waterboro, Maine
How long have you been playing? Just over a year.  
Why did you start playing cornhole? I started in my backyard and when COVID started,
I would take the boards out after lunch when I finished homeschool and throw until my dad
came home from work. We would throw together until supper.  We started throwing in a
Friday night “league” July of 2020 and I haven’t stopped since.
What’s your favorite thing about cornhole? Having fun and meeting other people.
What does cornhole bring to your life? Happiness, joy, and excitement!!

Other Interesting Facts About You? I have a twin brother and my favorite colors are purple
and teal.  Those are the colors of all my cornhole bags!!
